These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") of Bulios s.r.o. ("Bulios", "we", "Operator") govern the use of the Fair Price Index website accessible at fairpriceindex.com ("Website") and the Fair Price Index mobile application ("App"), collectively referred to as the "Service".
Under these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), an agreement is established between the customer (a registered user of the Service) and:

Hereinafter referred to as the "Operator".
2.1 These GTC regulate the use of the Fair Price Index service, including the website at fairpriceindex.com and the Fair Price Index mobile application available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2.2 These terms apply to all services offered through the Fair Price Index platform, including fair price calculations, stock valuation data, watchlist functionality, push notifications, and all related features.
2.3 The Operator reserves the right to amend and adapt these GTC during the term of the agreement with future effect if such changes are necessary for compelling reasons. Such reasons may include operational requirements, changes in laws or legal precedents, or the introduction of new services by the Operator. The Operator will notify the customer of amended terms prior to their effective date, highlighting the new provisions and the date they take effect.
The Operator will grant the customer a period of at least four weeks to state whether they accept the amended GTC for continued use of the services. If the customer does not provide feedback within this period, the amended terms will be deemed accepted. The Operator will explicitly inform the customer at the start of the period about this legal consequence.
3.1 Fair Price Index is an online and mobile platform operated by the Operator that provides stock fair value calculations for over 37,000 stocks worldwide. The fair price is calculated using a blended model of three valuation methods: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis (50% weight), Relative Valuation (30% weight), and Analyst Consensus (20% weight).
3.2 The Operator utilizes external data sources as the basis for fair price calculations. Some of this data may be integrated into the Operator's system without prior verification. Therefore, the Operator reserves the right to subsequently correct such data.
3.3 The Operator strives to provide services with maximum availability throughout the year. However, availability may be restricted during maintenance or technical updates aimed at improving security, server integrity, or functionality.
3.4 The Service is part of the Bulios ecosystem. Users may be directed to bulios.com for additional stock analyses, market data, and research tools.
3.5 Fair Price Index reserves the right to suspend, limit, or modify services at any time, particularly in response to changing legal, regulatory, or supervisory conditions.
4.1 To use certain features of the Service, registration is required. Users may register using their email address and password, or through third-party authentication providers (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In).
4.2 Registration is permitted only for individuals who are at least 16 years of age and fully capable of entering into legal transactions.
4.3 The user guarantees that all information provided during registration is true and complete. Providing false information entitles the Operator to immediately terminate the membership.
4.4 Users must not share their access credentials with third parties. If access credentials are misused, the customer must notify the Operator immediately.

5.3 New PRO subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the trial or billing period.
6.1 PRO subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store (for iOS) and Google Play Store (for Android). All payments are processed by the respective store.
6.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. To cancel, users must manage their subscription through their App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3 Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively. The Operator does not process refunds directly.
6.4 Deleting the app or your user account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your App Store or Google Play settings.
7.1 Registered users may follow stocks by adding them to their watchlist. The watchlist is stored in the Operator's database and synchronized across devices.
7.2 The Service may send push notifications to users regarding fair price changes, valuation zone shifts, and significant price movements for followed stocks.
7.3 Push notifications require explicit opt-in by the user. Users may disable notifications at any time through the app settings or their device settings.
7.4 The Operator does not guarantee the timeliness or delivery of push notifications. Delivery depends on third-party services (Apple Push Notification Service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging).
8.1 The user agrees to refrain from any activities that could negatively impact the infrastructure, functionality, or individual features of the Service.
8.2 The use of automated tools, scrapers, bots, or any other software to access, extract, or redistribute data from the Service is strictly prohibited.
8.3 Users must not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any fair price data, stock valuations, or other content obtained through the Service without the Operator's prior written consent.
9.1 The Service, including its fair price calculation methodology, algorithms, design, branding (including the FPI. logo), and all content, is protected by intellectual property rights exclusively owned by the Operator.
9.2 Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content.
10.1 The information provided by Fair Price Index, including fair price calculations, stock valuations, valuation grades, and all related data, is for informational and educational purposes only.
10.2 Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. The Operator is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
10.3 Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. The Operator strongly recommends that users consult with a qualified investment advisor before making any investment decisions.
10.4 Past performance of any stock or valuation model does not guarantee future results. Fair price calculations are based on models and assumptions that may not reflect actual market conditions.
10.5 The Operator makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any fair price data or stock valuations provided through the Service.
11.1 The Operator is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other consequences incurred by users as a result of using the Service or acting upon any information provided through the Service.
11.2 The Operator strives to ensure the highest quality of services but assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or precision of the fair price data, stock valuations, or any other content.
11.3 The Operator is not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or errors in the Service, including but not limited to those caused by third-party services, network issues, or force majeure events.
11.4 While the Operator stores customer data with the utmost care, partial or complete data loss cannot be entirely ruled out. The Operator is not responsible for data loss.

12.2 The Operator is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of these third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of these services independently.
13.1 The agreement begins upon registration and is entered into for an indefinite period. Either party has the right to terminate the agreement at any time without providing reasons.
13.2 The Operator may terminate the agreement immediately if the user has provided false information during registration or repeatedly violates contractual obligations.
13.3 Upon termination, the user's account and associated data (including watchlist) will be deleted, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Consumers have a legal right to withdraw from the agreement. You can cancel your registration within 14 days without providing a reason by submitting a clear declaration of withdrawal to:
15.1 Communication with customers is generally conducted electronically via the Service or email.
15.2 The customer agrees to electronic communication and acknowledges that push notifications constitute a form of electronic communication.
The laws of the Czech Republic exclusively apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this does not limit the mandatory legal provisions of the country where the customer resides or has their habitual residence. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with customers who are not consumers is the Operator's registered office.
If any provisions of these GTC become invalid or conflict with legal regulations, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a new provision agreed upon by the parties, which closely aligns with the economic intent and purpose of the original provision in a legally permissible manner.
