Registration on the Website and Mobile App

To access additional features such as the watchlist, push notifications, and PRO subscription, you may register by providing personal data. During registration, we collect:

• Email address
• Password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text)

If you register via third-party authentication, we additionally receive:

• Name (from Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
• Email address (from the authentication provider)

Registration via Google Sign-In

You may register using Google Sign-In, a service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. By using Google Sign-In, your Google profile is linked to our service, granting us access to your name and email address.

Legal basis: Your explicit consent under Article 6, Section 1(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Registration via Apple Sign-In

You may register using Apple Sign-In, a service operated by Apple Inc. By using Apple Sign-In, your Apple ID is linked to our service. Apple may share your name and email address, or a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email.

Watchlist and Stock Following

When you follow stocks by adding them to your watchlist, we store:

• Your user ID
• The stock symbols you follow
• The date you followed each stock

This data is necessary to provide watchlist functionality and personalized push notifications.

Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we collect and store:

• Your device push notification token (Expo Push Token)
• Your device platform (iOS or Android)

Push tokens are used solely to deliver notifications about fair price changes, valuation zone shifts, and significant price movements for stocks in your watchlist.

You may disable push notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings.

Subscription and Payment Data

PRO subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses).

We receive from the app stores:

• Subscription status (active, expired, trial)
• Subscription plan type (monthly, yearly)
• Subscription expiration date

This data is processed through RevenueCat, Inc., a subscription management service.

Use of Cookies

The Fair Price Index website uses cookies essential for basic functionality, including session management and preference storage. These are technically necessary cookies.

The Fair Price Index mobile application does not use cookies.

Third-Party Integrated Services

Supabase

We use Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) for user authentication and database storage. Supabase processes:

• Email addresses and authentication tokens
• Watchlist data
• Push notification tokens
• Subscription status

Supabase servers are located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

Google Analytics

The Fair Price Index website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze visitor behavior.

IP anonymization is active on this website. Google truncates your IP address within EU member states before transferring data.

Bulios Platform

The Service includes links to bulios.com for extended stock analysis. When you navigate to bulios.com, you are subject to Bulios's separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

External Hosting

The Fair Price Index website is hosted on Vercel, Inc. The mobile application's backend services are hosted on Supabase (EU servers). Personal data collected through the Service is stored on these providers' servers.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

Some of our service providers (Vercel, RevenueCat, Expo) are based in the United States. When transferring your personal data to third countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards through:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient, or
• The EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

We want to inform you that data processed in the United States may be subject to US laws and could be accessible to US authorities.

Retention Period

• Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted upon account deletion
• Watchlist data: deleted upon account deletion or when you unfollow a stock
• Push tokens: deleted upon account deletion or when you disable notifications

Legal retention requirements (e.g., tax and commercial record-keeping) may require longer retention periods.

Your Data Protection Rights

Right to Information

You have the right to request information about your personal data, including details about the purpose of processing, categories of data, recipients, and the planned retention period.

Correction, Blocking, Deletion
